Yes, Most modern mobile phone can modem emulate, your choice is how you connect your mobile to your pc. Direct cable connection, Infrared, bluetooth. I've only used Infrared. Alot will come down to how old you mobile is and the OS of your PC. If you phone support GPRS then it should be simple. Answer to question : yes.
