Kapersky problem (denies access to files)

I have just installed Kapersky 2009 but I keep getting one after another black and white box on the bottom right of the page saying:
'keygold Seure NDIS Filter: access to another process memory c: (file name) Denied.'

What is this and how can I solve it?

I have already posted a detailed information on the matter, please uncheck Enable events Notifications on Settings, Options, Notifications TAb. In future you will not get any alert. Hope this will do the needful.
