Not very fast

very expensive if you go over the very limiting usage cap
If you live in a Virgin cable area you can have cable broadband without a phone line

great thanks ethel will look into it
If you don't have or want the cable service. Can you get naked DSL? Keep the twisted pair, drop the phone service.
Hi, I tried the vodafone mobile broadband but found it very slow. Switched to 3G & have been quite happy with it, coverage better too & have used it around the country. I have unlimited use for 25.00 a month, not cheap I know but neither is a landline which I don't need & think would cost more overall.
