usin css putting in two columns of text

Hi

I am trying to put in two columns of text into a div tag.

I have found list tags but cannot find soemthin that lets me put in two coloumns of text. i want the first column to list one line of credits and then the second colun to list another type of credits.

i have tried to put another div tag into an already left colum div tag but when i add the right div it wraps round the newly input left tag.

if this makes sense

I think you need to put the two separate div tags (for each column) inside another div tag

not sure I fully understand this question but try using a table for columns. This website is very good for CSS reference
