my email server keeps downloading the same messages each time I log on, it's been doing this for a few days now, it sticks on one particular message then announces a fault. Why is it doing this and how can I stop it? Help!

when you have received your emails again hit your stop button before you get to the problem one. That will stop you receiving the same e mails. There is obvoiusly a problem with one of your emails, I had the same problem when someone sent me a video by email. Then you need to erase the problem email but not sure how you do that.

You can then delete the mail from the server without having to download it
