Orange PAYG Packages

As a Christmas present, I've been given a receipt bought by my friend for topping up - �15 to be precise. I've had my phone for a couple months but I haven't put on an animal package.

Now, I text a lot and I use Facebook and Bebo so the Dolphin package suits me - but how do I put on the package?

I don't know whether topping up first god because then I might not get the 300 (or whatever) free texts and the access to Facebook and Bebo if I was to put the Dolphin thing on later.

Also, I tried putting on Dolphin by calling 450 and 343 - 450 I follow through all of it but then it says its unable to continue processing my call.

What do I do because I want to have then animal package and it's benefit as well as topping up - I'm so confused and I'm leaving it up to you guys.
