For Christmas I got the new iPod Chromatic, and I've been told that I'd need to convert the videos to MP4 format, to add them onto my iPod, so I did, and I still can't get the videos onto iTunes. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance.
Find the converted videos on you hard drive, and right click on it, on the menu scroll down to open with. the select itunes from the list, if its not in the list then select 'choose another program' and then find it that way. it should then import it into your itunes library, you'll then find it in the movies section of your itunes library on the left hand side.
Hi Miss L- If u know how to resize iTunes window- do that & find the folder on your desktop u keep movies in-open it and left-click & drag ur mp4 or Quicktime files onto iTunes shortcut or open iTunes first & drag into the 'Movies' section of iTunes.....Be patient if you are dragging in full-length mp4 files (60 or more mins) as they may take some time to import.
You need an iPod video converter, just try Wondershare Video Converter Platinum, it could help you convert videos to mp4 format fit for you iPod, even other portable players like iPhone, PSP, Zune etc.
