I've installed a wireless router and have my laptop and PC on it. The only problem I have, is that then I reboot my PC the wireless settings are lost, and it cannot detect the router. I have to go through the whole set up process again - and idea how I can get it to keep the settings ?

I'm not an expert with these things, but when I was setting up wireless here, using a Netgear dongle not a card, the installation process gave me an option to use the Netgear software or to let Windows do the setup once the drivers were installed. When I used the supplied software I couldn't get a connection, so I uninstalled everything, started the process again, let Windows do the setup and everything worked fine thereafter.
