best internet deal?

Hi, i'm a single mum about to embark on a uni course next month and i desperately need a reliable internet connection. I presently have a 3 dongle which is useless. I have no idea about computers, internet etc and i don't want to be ripped off at a shop. I have no land line. Is there any deal that would include installation of a line? I don't care about tv channels or any accessories, but if that comes with a deal then fine. All i need is the internet, wireless if possible. I'm only going to use it for uni etc so i won't be downloading movies etc, can anyone tell me where to begin. Thanks in advance.

Oops! Not concentrating! If you don't need a landline for anything else, then continue with a GOOD mobile internet provider. According to Which? the best provider (by a long way) is O2. They have lots of different deals depending on what you require. Why don't you call in to an O2 shop? ( Most people accept that "3" is useless!)
