Hasn't been one released yet - and as they have put back the release of the game until Christmas/New Year it might be a while yet. Football Manager (the real Champ Manager after the split of the developers/games company last year) released their demo on Friday.

Yep, Football Manager 2005 is the way ahead.  This is being developed by the creators of the CM series.  CM5 is being released by Eidos but not developed by the original crew Collyer/Vaughan.  Eidos own the rights to the name "Championship Manager".  Buy FM2005.  A download of a demo is available via www.sigames.com.
