I changed my mouse to a wireless one today, it worked OK but a little fast, so I slowed it down (settings, control panel, mouse) it was then too slow, so I tried again, but now the option is grey and wont let me make any changes at all. When I put the old mouse back, I still couldn't make any changes and it won't go back to how is was before. Any suggestions please?

did you install any software for it?

If so click start and all programs and look to see if anything there to do with mouse... or look down by the clock and see if anything to do with mouse has appeared there. (hover mouse over the little icons and it will tell you what they do)

There wasn't any software with it, but it did recognise the usb, when I plugged it in.
