Sometimes outlook 2003 wont send email. The address i wanna send to is correctly inputted, subject field is ok. When i hit the "send" button, the message goes into the outbox. When i press send and receive all it ignores the message. It doesnt always happen, tho, and the address is fine.

In the bottom right hand corner of Outlook 2003 it should say "Connected".  I suspect when this problem occurs yours says "Offline" or similar.  Click where it says offline and choose connect or uncheck work offline.
