Microsoft Word

No idea how but all new Word Docs have things like tables on them Using "return", I end up on next page. Do have Microsoft Works but much prefer Word. Any advice please. Have tried to change default but no luck.

sounds like your default word template has been saved with tables in it, if you delete this next time to run word it will create a new, blank, template. instructions here.
