Go back to dial up
2 Answers
I have experienced months of problems with my BT broadband or lack of it.No matter what course I take it hasnt been resolved. The engineer said I am on the limits of the connection from the box?
I am out of work at the moment and need to send and recieve e-mails, CVs etc to possible companies. Its frustrating that when I need it most(ofice hours) I have not a connection.Im thinking of going back to dial up.What do I do myself.

I was still charged for the non-existent service (4 months) until the matter was taken to the top and then I got a refund.
you computer almost certainly has a modem built in to it, and it should have came with the correct lead, connect the modem to the normal phone socket on your ADSL filter and create a dialup connection. there are plenty of pay as you go internet deals were you just pay for a local call.
