is it possible to get microfilters with 3 holes instead of 2 as i need to have one for the broadband router, one for the phone and one for the sky+ (unless you can tell me different)

Just use a normal phone socket doubler plugged into the filter.

do you think that the signal having to go through another junction (by using the phone socket doubler) will have an adverse effect on the quality of my broadband, phone and satellite service? cos im sure that if i have a problem with it, sky will blame that rather than take responsibility for it.
No, the stuff that goes down the phone line for Sky+ is trivial and has nothing to do with quality of reception. Plugging it in through a splitter is no different from plugging it into an extension in another room.
