few weeks ago, got into a bit of a trouble with the security men at our shopping mall the they took my detail but the police were not involved
Now i am filling in an application form and there is a part which says in the form that they will check the police record and other agency and the securty service if you have got a criminal record,
Which SECURITY SERVICE? IS IT THE ONES IN THE SHOPPING MALL OR THE NATIONAL SECURITY SERVICE?
Am confuse of that question

I take it that you mean that you are filling in an application form for a job?

If yes, then, from the details you have given, your skirmish in the shopping mall would not be recorded on any CRB records, nor any other which would be liable to be checked.

The shopping mall security is a local service who by now have probably "binned" your details. They would not have the authority or facility to enter any details of you on a national level, those details were taken purely for their shopping mall, although I am pretty certain that they had no authority to take them in the first place.

Unless you have come to Police notice in the recent past, and have either been charged or convicted of any criminal offences, your details should not be on any national database.
