When closing down my pc I get 'ICSMGR caused a fault in unknown' messages. I do not want ICS but if I just remove it I am unable to access any Internet pages when I next go into AOL 6.0 - any ideas please.

Ics is short for Internet connection sharing. It is possible that you may have recently installed a program that adjusts your Winsock drivers to its needs and ics no longer knows how to talk to those drivers. It is possible that by uninstalling ics - restarting the machine, and then reinstalling ics could override this. But please note that I am theorising here and have not tried it..
