update for window xp

how can you get updates for the xp when you are not on the net ,my son has xp but not on the net but needs service pack 3 to be able to run i tunes can anyone help please

Use another computer to download service pack 3 from here

Put it on CD or DVD.

Take it to his PC then install it.

another way

seems like you ARE on the net
if
it's broadband
you both have desktops
or he has a laptop

bring his machine over ... and do the full upgrades
just the base ... and then use your monitor and keyboard

the only option that's a real pain is if you are lappy ... and he is desktop

oh .... and if he's on the bus
