Picture messaging on N95
3 Answers
Hope someone can help me with this!
Whenever I get sent a picture message on my N95 {vodafone if relevant!} rather than being able to open the picture there and then I have to go to the vodafone website and enter a special code and have to view it online. It's really annoying and there must be a way of being able to open it and view in on my phone? Please advise!

Every time she received a picture message - it gave her a link where she could view it. A quick phone call to Orange sorted it - they talked her through what she needed to alter on her phone, so if you don't get any answers on here, just phone Vodafone and I'm sure they'll help you sort it.
I have a N95 too, but I can't help as mine receives piccies fine, so I've no idea what the problem is soz.........

Just had a quick look at my N95 - see if this works .......
from the main menu go into "messaging"
when in "messaging" open up "options"
then go into "settings"
then go into "multimedia message"
then go into "multimedia retrieval" and make sure it's set on "always automatic"
I'm on 3 so I dunno if you'll get the same options or not.

Thank-you so much, I have tried what you said and changed the settings.....to be honest I was going into messaging and couldn't see the options tabn - not realising it's on a key, doh! Just need someone to send me another picture now and test it, hopefully that might do the trick, I thought it'd be something simple!
Thanks again!
