Ok, I have 2 questions really.

1/ I have lost my ipod so I am having to buy a new one. All my music and films are stored on my itunes on my laptop. Can I just plug the new ipod into my laptop and will all my music and films transfer over?

2/ I have had the "blue screen of death" on my laptop a few times and I am going to take it into PCWorld to get them to fix it. Will all my music and films be lost once they have got their hands on it?

Thank you

1) Yes.

2) No idea. I'd recommend you make a backup before you take it in, of all your important personal stuff (onto CD or DVD or external hard drive or flash drive) anyway, just in case.
