I'll resist the temptation for the obvious sarcastic answer :)

It will be on the start menu, if it's vista then it's just called "computer"

Or if you want it on your desktop then right click anywhere on the desktop and select properties, then click on the desktop tab, then at the bottom click on the "customize desktop" button and then put a tick in my computer in the desktop icons section.

If you are using windows XP try this :
> Click on Start
> Right click the My computer
> Now click the show on desktop
