Sky HD Problem

My Sky HD Box has all 4 lights showing on front. TV Screen says "Upgrading Software,etc" DON'T turn off at mains or unplug as it will only take 10 minutes to Upgrade. I have waited 4 hours now and nothing has happened. Any suggestions,please.

4 Lights ????
I have 2 Sky H/D Boxes & they each have 1light, Red on s/by & Green when switched on.

Have a look at the front closely,next to the on/off light.

Symbols for Telephone,Envelope and Audio(Wireless) each Light up when there is a fault. Trust me.!!

Sorry E/H because none of those you mention have ever lit up,I didn't know they were there. Have you spoken to Sky about this,& what is their answer?

Apparently it happens when the Software is upgrading. it's a bloody nuisance as you can't watch or Record anything for at least 10 minutes.
