Almost any modern computer is adequate for your requirements. Indeed, most computers (including the one you refer to) are vastly 'over-powered' for such requirements.
If you're not using your PC to play the latest games (or for specialist uses such as studio quality video editing) you can simply pick the cheapest available. The only exception to that statement, with regard to your specific requirements, might be that you should look for a large capacity hard drive (which that PC has got anyway).
