access database and labels

our charity office has changed from original works database to the upgraded works 8 but unfortunately our databases are not working right. We are trying to set up the new database with access and want to know how to go about setting up pages of labels that merge with this new access database. Any ideas of how to go about this?? Any help welcome.

Nothing to do with access as such, more word. and it's a little different for each version of word.
