PC shutdown

Over the last few days, when I try and use a certain program, my pc shuts down . a message appears on a blue screen to tell me there has been a serious problem.It then starts into a physical dump. This has never happened before and it only happens when I use expressit s.e. 2.1. A program to create cd and dvd covers. I have using this for over a year with no problems.Can anyone shed some light on this before I pay money to get it checked out? Thanks

If the problem only happens when you use Expressit then try uninstalling it, then restart your computer and see how it runs. If all is OK try installing it again. Occasionally program files can become corrupt and cause similar errors.
