msn messenger

hello all,

beings ive a new laptop ive had to install the latest version of msn messenger and im not struck.

two questions here if thats ok please.

1) is there any way i can install the old version?

and when using the web cam on the new version of messenger, the size of the viewing square which you see each other in is much smaller than on the old version.

2) so, is there anyway of enlarging this so i can see the images clearer please?

i have the correct size ticked for the larger option, but its still quite small.

I was hoping you'd get an answer as I have the same problem. I really don't like the new version. Luckily we have the old version on the laptop still so have to use the webcam on there.

its horrible isnt it jim, id love to be able to get the old version on this laptop.

the video viewing box just isnt big enough is it, its too small to really see the other person clearly.

maybe some helpful clever ABer might pop along soon and will be able to help us eh .. you never know ... fingers crossed :o)
