hi, i have just bought a Toshiba Camileo P10 camcorder, it wont switch on unless the charger is plugged in.. what am i doing wrong..?

have you put the battery in it, or removed any plastic insulation strips from the battery compartment if needed?

If so leave it overnight as if it's brand new the battery will probably need a good charge.

Chuck... topman, tape was over connectors, bad instructions dont tell you to check for such things dont even tell you how to locate battery... thanks very much..
