Hi. My telephone isn`t working and would require help please. I am with Virgin Cable, can anyone advise as I need to recieve a call from my hospital anytime now?

Thanks Zac, but I`ve tried all that and can`t make much sense of it, one thing keeps leading to another til I just do my nut and get nowhere. i will have to go and borrow one of my sons for a change and ring Virgin.
