On your Network connections, look at the proerties of your LAN connection to the router and look at the DNS setting. If there are DNS addresses specified, then write these down, if it says "Obtain DNS from server" or some such then switch that off and enter the following DNS IP addresses (BT DNS) Primary 217.35.209.180 Secondary 194.72.9.34.
The Primary is a special one that circumvents the BT sanitising process, whereas the Secondary does use the sanitiser, blocking access to certain "naughty" sites.
With these settings I was able to load the page at the URL you quoted. If this does not work on your setup then return yuor DNS settings to the previous values and look for something else.
