Why do Comet not have a local repair depot
I live 6 miles away from a Comet store in Rhyl North
Wales where I recently purchased a Tv and rercorder
Next day I had a problem with the TV and tried to phone them
but discovered they have no phone link.I then had to phone
Manchester and two men in a large van arrived next day to
say they only did washing machines and fridges, butt they did fix
the TV. On the Thursday following it broke down again and
I had to wait until Monday till once again they sent a man from
Manchester. I will not purchase anything again from Comet
till they improve there service.

my sister once had so much trouble with Comet that she stood outside their store and told people who were passing, needless to say she was moved on lol
