I hope I'm in the right place to ask this. All the text that is printed in black is blurred. I have cleaned the print heads and I have changed the ink cartridge but it is still no better. Everything that is colour is fine, it's just the black. Can anyone help please.

rojash I have done this, maybe I am being thick but i don't understand what numbers it wants me to choose.

As far as I recall, it prints out some lines, and asks you to input the number of the set of lines that looks most like the example on the screen. It does this for each of the colours. It uses the number you input to adjust the alignment of the print head so that each of the dots appears in the right position.
