but not me.I have downloaded some little free programmes-photo messing type,and now I want to put them on my other computer that the kids use.I tried to copy and paste the programmes(well my son did I havent a clue-just learning slowly)But they would not work on the other computer.As the seccond computer has no internet access to download them,how can I go about this if possible?Sorry if its obvious but I am just a learner :-{

However, generally speaking, most Windows applications need to be installed. Once they've been installed, you can't just copy their working folder onto another machine - the programme needs to be installed on the other machine.
And, not all programmes work on every version of Windows...

It's possible that the programs you've downloaded have spyware/mini browsers attached to them as part of the deal (I assume you didn't have to pay for them). That's the deal "you can have this for nothing, but you have to be connected to the web so we can spam you". Other than that, see if you can get a genuine version of Photoshop from somewhere.
