I am using an O2 dongle for my new (used) desktop and find when I switch from one user account to another I have to shut down the computer, re-boot it and then select the other account I want and then have O2 connect to the internet all over again. Is this usual or can I do something about it?

you need to disconnect the O2 connection before changing accounts then reconnect.

I thought I was doing this by clicking on `Log off`

What else do I need to do please?
