It's OK....he forgot the numbers.

Try using an encrypted store for your passwords etc.
I use Keepass.

Or just write the key on a sticker and put it on the router somewhere. Face it, if somebody can pick up your router and read the key off it then them accessing your wireless is the least of your worries.
