In trying to find out why my computer was slow to start I have somehow managed to put it into a strat up diagnostic mode. Now I cannot get back to normal mode. Even turning off and re atarting dosen't do the trick. Any advice out there please. Chil

Following on from previous question,I have tried to change to Normal start up but get a message saying I have to sign on as an administrator. I have no idea how to do this.more help please

Having gone to the control panel I find that I am a computer administrator(lol) but still acannot make the change to normal mode Help x 3
click start > run type msconfig into the run box and hit enter. then on the general tab make sure the tick is in normal boot and not diagnostic mode.

I have done this but get the sign in as an Administrator message .I am an Aministrator so don't know where to go from there.
