Help-Need to download photos-stuck!!

We recently bought a Kodak EastShare CX7430 with dock.My son who is studying computing etc at Uni set it up within minutes took a few photos and pressed a button and they were on the computer.I cant do it - and he has a low tolerance level for fools like me!!!I know I have to be on Internet and click on K icon in r corner - thats all.Can anyone help me please?
