Is it possible to record music onto my pc whilst online from a radio station to then download onto my MP3 player?

Yes,I use a little device called Freecorder which basically recors any sound that comes through your soundcard,so will record internet radio,can record foles as MP3 or Wav so you should be able to download onto your MP3 player.
I think it is still available (free!!!) @
