Spam-Scam?

I keep getting messages in Spam Email Box from various people which read: Setting for your mailbox --- @sky.com have changed. I haven't opened any in case they are virus loaded so has anyone else had any of these? Thanks for any replies.

can't help you but sky are also messing with my sister's email, but luckily she hardly ever uses it and is waiting for her sone to fix it.
