Right so you're set up on Gravatar...........you've a G rated avatar.............your email address on Gravatar is exactly the same as the one on AB.............

I had problems too carlton! in the end I just went back to Gravatar, and started all over again, and it worked! No idea why! must have missed something first time round I suppose...............maybe worth trying that!............lots of luck!..........

Carlton - is there no other ABer that you trust enough to give your log-in details to? They could then sort it out and then, if you wished, you could change your password.

I have tried giving an e-mail that I had when I first bought a PC and I had a reply which said that the e-mail given belongs to someone else and that someone is ME so perhaps that is why I`m having this problem, but what can I do about it? I changed from IE to AOL for some of my e-mails but still use IE for private correspondence, but can`t use IE for AB avatar.

carlton you can change your email address on here to match the one on Gravatar

yes carlton, craft is right, if you change your e mail address on here, you can get a new one if you want to, and just use the same one on gravatar, then you should have it sorted!! good luck with it! You'll get there!....
