Sat here a bit fed up. Dh's kidney is failing and he starts dialysis on saturday. We knew it was coming etcet etcet and he will feel better but poo!

Sorry to hear you've felt so grim shaney, hope you feel better today.... & poor mr woofy's having a bad time of it again so very best wishes to him too.
What a lot we are. I spent the whole of yesterday with a headache, and it's still nagging, which got worse as time wore on (and it is bloody wearing) so I went to bed about quarter to nine, it was still light, unheard of in my book! Then I woke up at 1.30 with terrible stomach cramp...oh booger it, if the world's going to end soon hope it's quick and clean and I won't bother washing any bloomers today then.

Morning Biddyfriends everywhere. Hope your aches and pains are improving for you all. We'll all be sorted on Saturday then!! If there is a God who created this beautiful land why on Earth would he want it destroyed when he is so powerful, surely he has the power to save it. There are far more good and beautiful people on it than bad. I know that because whoever is looking after me has shown me.

Right that's enough deep stuff. I'm off out today to a shop where there is a lady selling plants and gardening stuff. I though i would go and see what she can offer me for my little plot outside my back door. It's looking quite nice at the mo and will be better when it has developed in a while. Washing out and blowing in the wind. Lovely.
My GH neighbour has never had a lkine of washing out since she moved in. I assume she has a washer dryer. I don't know why she doesn't peg it out it would save her £s. in electricity.

I don't think the four horseman are waiting til Saturday, I think they are all apocalypsing around my mouth. The gums all went white and so painful, so rushed off to see my favourite person (not) and she said I had burned the gums by using Listerene which is too strong with alcohol! So she tended to the gums and given me gel and mouthwash until tomorrow.

I had such a weird dream, I was heavily pregnant, on Coach Trip with brendan (love him) and all the teeth on the left hand side of my mouth fell out and there was a gold one! The we drove from Eastbourne to Polegate (20mins normally) and it took about 3 days and we stopped off at cafes etc. Well weird.

Robi hope you are feeling better and shaney too. Wish I was like jude!

Sorry to hear about Mr Woof not being so well and the dialysis Woofy. Hope all goes well for him.

Robi, I hope you feel better soon.

I will be brief because I am (hopefully) at the tail end of a humungous migraine which started yesterday morning. I went to the solicitors dosed up with paracetamol and ibuprufen and I can't drive with Migraleve and the meeting was for two hours. I don't know how I drove back I felt so awful. Went to bed at 8.00am but woke up twice in the night feeling grim. However, am slowly feeling better. Have loads to do before we go away tomorrow though.

I will be away when the world ends!! Still my neighbour will be saved the trouble of watering our greenhouse.

My other elderly neighbour is in hospital following a series of strokes and her daughter told me yesterday that it is only a matter of time - they can't do anything for her. She is 80, but was very sprightly and looked young until until recently. She and her hubbie have been our neighbours for 32 years. I can't believe she won't be around.

We are off tomorrow morning (hopefully), although I can't see us leaving until very late.

Hello Neti,

I did the same thing with the mouthwash the dentist gave me on prescription to help with my sore gums!! It virtually stripped the skin off my gums.

Morning all oh dear Neti your gums have got it in for you...Robi and Shaney I won't say which part of the anatomy has got it in for you two. Lottie have lovely hols. Jude all my stuff goes in a dryer, I did try having a rotary but the dogs thought it was huge fun and the tortoise enclosure needs to be as sunny as possible so I can't keep it away from them by putting it in there.
Better day today. DH finally went to sleep at 4am. I wasn't going to leave him alone so gave the dogs Brekkie and let them run around in the garden and back to bed. Got up at 8 and checked on DH who was fine but sleepy so dogs and I kipped on the settee and we all stirred around 11.30. dH is totally fine and chipper today. If I didn't love him I would strangle him.
