Previously my system became unstable (havent a clue why) and crashed. When I tried to turn the pc on the blue screen would flash, the go to 'Windows has encountered an error.....' giving me different start-up options eg safe mode, safe mode with networking, normal mode etc. Someone told me to stop this go into system settings and turn something off. Any ideas what this was as I cant remember.
