I have been on a contract with my mobile phone for some years and Ive finally had enough. I now have a landline so don't need to spend £15 a month for this pleasure. I intend to go with Asda on Pay as you go for £5. Since I cancelled my direct debit my last bill has not been paid. I now find that I cannot dial out but have tested that I can still receiive calls at the moment. I am angry that I paid £25 twice to have my number changed because I had a stalker who managed to get hold of my number. Why wasn't I advised to just buy a new sim card? I want to avoid buying a new phone if possible. What are my options? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
