We need a new computer keyboard, we don't want a wireless one, can anyone recommend a good one or all they all similar?

They are all similar in as much as they all have keys with letters and numbers on them!

I'd suggest a trip to your local PC world where you can tap away at a few and find one that you like the feel of.
The two most common keyboard companies you find on the high street are Logitech and Microsoft.

Both are reasonable quality, although the better ones can get very expensive.

You can get a decent Logitech keyboard from say Tescos for around £10.

Looks like a copy of Apple's keyboard. Excellent space saving, very responsive keys. Highly recommended.

I would always recommend Cherry as a brand. They are not easy to find and not cheap but they last! This is being typed on one that is at least 15 (fifteen) years old which is as good as the day it was new, if a little grubbier.
