help! iv'e lost my talk21.com

i've tried logging on to my talk21.com account but it keeps coming up error 999 then it says we were unable to comply with your request at the moment please try later ,i've even opened a new account to check and that is ok ,why can't i access my old one?

just checked mine - no problems. Try signing in as [email protected] - might work.
