help!! - PUK code for mobile phone

further to my previous question on here ref - mobile camera problem,

im now locked out because i entered an invalid pin code 3 times after switching my phone off and on again, and its now asking me for a PUK code ...??

what is it and how do i get one please??

You will need to ring your service provider and they will provide you with the code.......

If you are not on one of the main 4 then you'll need to contact your provider for it.
