Yes, no problem at all- this is in fact what ive got. I downloaded thunderbird , the Mozilla mail programme but personally found it less convenient than outlook express?
Me too - you can definitely do this very easily.
Note that if you set Firefox as your default browser and use any other MS software then the microscopic Bill Gates inside your PC may get angry.
If you use messenger and click on a "you have email" notification, it'll launch IE (Internet Explorer). If you click on a link in an email in Outlook Express it *may* not launch at all. If you click on "Windows Updates" that too will launch IE.
Microsoft have configured their software to make it difficult to migrate away from it.
