in excel if you click on a column you can delete all the info at once, i want to put titles in
cells 1a 1b 1c etc then put info into each column and then delete the info but not the
titles, how do i do it, thanks.

sorry other info on rows still needed so cant delete rows

Click on column A.
Then, hold the Ctrl key down while clicking on A1.
That selects the entire column except the top cell.
Then, delete.
