Software DVD player that's free.

Please...is there anything without spyware. Region/css free would be nice too. I fear I may lose it and do myself an injury if I don't find something that works. I've tried 100s of sites.

The CSS software algorithm to decrypt DVDs is licenced to the makers of software DVD players, which they have to pay for. It is unlikely you will find a legitimate free player.

If you had a css free player you wouldn't be able to see anything!
