Just sorry it took as long as it did, if it had been a quick reinstall as I first thought it would have been back with you within 24hrs but after 3 attempts at installing from 2 different windows CDs it was fairly apparent there was something physically wrong with it. anyhow, at least it's working now. just donate £5 to a charity of your choice to cover the postage.

My daughter is VERY happy to have her netbook back! She did think I was a little bit mad for sending it to someone i'd never met though.lol
I told her that I thought you were trustworthy and she trusts my judgement.
