Does anyone else have problems with itunes radio. Mine is always cutting out and comes up with the message "rebuffering stream". I do not understand this as I am using an apple imac so should be compatible.

I am also finding now with the Answerbank my first question never seems to go through and I have to type it all over again. Very strange.

Thanks

It sounds like your internet connection isn't good enough.

Start by running a ping test here:
http://www.pingtest.net/
(it only involves clicking a button and waiting a few seconds).
You're looking for an 'A' or 'B' grade. (Click on 'Learn More About Grades' for an explanation of what they mean). If you get anything lower, get your phone company to check the quality of the line.

Then run a speed test here:
http://www.speedtest.net/
You're seeking a minimum download speed of 2Mbps. (Streaming services can theoretically work at 0.5Mbps but they're unlikely to be reliable at such speeds). For really consistent streaming, with no buffering, a speed of 5Mbps might be better.

Then consider which ISP you're using. It might have a poor 'contention ratio' or excessive 'traffic management' in place. For an explanation of those terms, please see my post here:
